About Kitty
Kitty Ireland helps organizations make their content discoverable, useful, and ready for the AI era. She uses her deep content strategy expertise to help clients in healthcare, higher education, museums, and libraries serve the right information to the right person at the right moment.
Kitty began her career in Seattle's digital agencies, writing web copy and sharpening her project-management skills for clients including Microsoft, the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPop), and KEXP. Working as a content strategist on mobile apps for Vulcan, she used taxonomies and machine learning to serve contextually relevant content.
At The Seattle Public Library, Kitty led a citywide market-segmentation study, built the library's content-marketing strategy, and drove content for a system-wide website redesign. Most recently, she led Generative Engine Optimization efforts for Intuit QuickBooks and Mailchimp, helping major brands stay visible as AI reshapes how people find answers.
She helps mission-driven organizations speak clearly to both people and the machines that use their content.
